You're invited

If you’re someone who’s poured their heart and soul into pursuing what society deems as a “picture-perfect” life & career, to only be left feeling…

  • Like something NEEDS to change — NOW — but you’re unsure where to even start or how to get support in this

  • Disconnected from your dreams & true desires

  • Like you sacrificed your relationships, family, happiness, and health to make it happen

  • Forced into being strong, resilient, and continue to push through, even past the point of extreme exhaustion and burnout

  • Stuck & unhappy in the career and life you’re currently living

… you’re not alone.

Can you relate?

Not too long ago, I was a practicing physician who ran her own family practice. Up until the pandemic, I juggled life as a professional, a wife, a parent, and a business-owner who, maybe like you, worked herself into the ground to the point of becoming wildly out of touch with many of the things most important to me.

Ever since I said goodbye to that life, I’ve felt compelled to share my story to give others the strength to make the decisions they need to live the life they truly desire (and to also help them figure out what that life is!)

The Self-Care Catalogue is FREE for you to get started!

Creating a self-care catalogue is a great, accessible way to start carving out small pieces of time in your day that are JUST FOR YOU that can help build your resilience and raise your energy.

I invite you to find a space where you can cozy up and spend some time thinking about what REALLY fills your cup. Snuggle by the fire, head to your favourite coffee shop and get centred. Put your phone on silent mode and dedicate the next thirty minutes to really focusing on what YOU love. What small (or not-so-small) things can you do in your day to refill your tank?

This list is meant to be a tool you can turn to when you’re feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or agitated; it’s meant to help you start to build healthy habits that help you move along your path toward well-being.

It's time to take a moment and focus on you.
